Much distress at work is a result of personal agendas and misplaced hierarchical boundaries that trump inclusion and collaboration. At the same time, the basis of trust is the feeling that one is safe with the other undefined and of course, trust is required for engagement of any kind.&lt;span class="apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
