Facilitated by Lyndsey Hansen-IT Business Analyst/Project Manager and

Jamie Kelly-Director, Organizational Development

There is absolutely no question that courage may be one of the most necessary elements required to be a successful and highly regarded leader. Managerial courage is a must have in the world of change. It’s about doing what needs to be done and saying what needs to be said at the right time, to the right person, and in the right way.

Feel inspired to speak up. Know how to tactfully dispense direct and actionable feedback to others without being intimidating. Discuss common road blocks OD professionals face and share best practices for dealing head-on with people problems and prickly situations.

Lyndsey Hansen

Lyndsey is a passionate communicator, change leader, and regular boat rocker. She is currently working as a BA/PM in the IT department at Omaha Steaks. However, most of her experience has been in the area of Training & Development and OD work.

Jamie Kelly

Jamie is currently the Director of Organization Development at Travel & Transport and an independent coach and consultant. Her field of work is primarily centered in OD, strengthening culture and engagement, individual coaching, group coaching (Circles), leadership development and succession planning. Jamie’s work helps others see the bigger picture, while focusing in on an individual or team’s strongest points and aligning their work for maximum impact.
