 Mindfulness and Being Present

~ facilitated by Angie Siebert, OPPD &

Positively Well Coaching

As is tradition for us at Omaha ODN, our Holiday Social/Breakfast will be a meeting for us to gather as a community and learn something new while enjoying a little breakfast. We hope you can join us at this special program! As as our gift to our members, their registration is free for this breakfast! (guest charge remains the same)

One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and others is to be present. Sitting with our thoughts and feelings. Being acutely aware of our physical being and environment. Bringing all of our awareness to the moment we’re in. Ancient wisdom and modern science are in agreement that a mindfulness practice can improve our relationships, sharpen focus, benefit our health, alleviate stress and anxiety, and increase happiness. Cultivating a mindfulness practice through simple tools like meditation and deep breathing, can help us connect more deeply to ourselves and others, bringing purpose and joy to all that we do.

Members will have a deeper understanding of mindfulness and how being in the present moment can benefit both their personal and professional lives. Members will explore daily mindfulness practices as tools to help them be more productive and live life to its fullest.
