 Creating a Learning Culture

Facilitated by Carol Brush, Farm Credit Services of America

Farm Credit Services of America has created a strong and vibrant culture of continuous learning where employees are encouraged to bring their best self to work every day.  How the philosophies were derived, governing everything from leadership practices, succession management and team development, as well as development of mental models to inspire and ignite personal development of our employees will be shared.

Participants will understand why a learning philosophy is the first step in working to establish a learning culture.  Members will also be exposed to FCSAmerica’s best practices for stewardship of culture, and igniting talent development and continuous improvement in their employees.

Carol Brush has been a learning and development professional for most of her career.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Masters of the Science of Management with an area of concentration in Executive Coaching.  Carol is an organizational development and learning specialist at Farm Credit Services of America, consulting with leadership, teams and individuals to drive peak performance.
