Organizational Design

Facilitated by Amy Gizinski, Midwest Laboratories

Organizational Design is more than just a person or a box.  We will explore aligning the business needs and maximizing talents of the organization, as well as opportunities and pitfalls that can happen during the organizational design process.

Members will have an understanding of function vs form, why maximizing talent and aligning to organization structures to business strategy is important.

Amy Gizinski is a People & Operations leader focused on building structures and foundations that enable growth and stability in organizations and maximizes talent to shine their light.  Amy has worked with all types of organizations (large, small, nonprofit, startup, mature, and ones going through merger & acquisitions).  She is a certified StratOp facilitator, a Strengthsfinder fan, and is currently leading growth initiatives at Midwest Laboratories in the CHRO/CAO role.  She is married to her high school sweetheart, has two amazing boys, two cats and a dog.
