During this discussion we will share how employee engagement trends have shifted over the past two years, the continued impacts of the pandemic, and what it means for organizations moving forward. Using our research from our Best Places to Work program, which collects employee voice perceptions from across nearly 10,000 organizations annually (totaling more than 1 million employee responses), we will dive into national engagement trends paired with labor market statistics and best practice strategies implemented by customers we work with directly.

Members will have an understanding of current employee engagement trends and strategies moving forward to continually understand and respond to the voice of their employees.

 Aaron Brown and Todd Pernicek are Insights Analysts on Quantum Workplace’s People Insights Team. We coach customers daily on their approach and use of our toolset designed to measure and impact employee engagement and performance management.

 Aaron has a background in I/O Psychology and nearly 9 years of experience working with customers of Quantum Workplace helping make work better every day.

 Todd has a background in education and as an HR Leader. He helps people and organizations uncover meaningful stories in their data, and utilize their existing potential.
